We have received several more private messages about our 4th amendment comments. So we just found this video that really explains very well people’s rights.
Like I said in a previous post, the 4th amendment allows you to keep people out of your home. What I really like in this video is how the public went to the commissioners and the commissioners listened and stopped the practice. We do control the type of community we have by who we vote for. We all need to vote for officials that will work with us as we try to build a great community.
We all need to work together and respect someone’s right to privacy if they want to exercise it. It is their right. This is America. Like courts have held over and over, the value of properties can be established very easily through arms-length sales data. Your home is your home.
