Why are we so high? A $165,000 home in Sidney pays $1,400 more than the national average in the USA. Are we getting more services for that? We pay $500 more a year in taxes than the average person does in Nebraska. This year we went up yet again! How are we supposed to attract new business and services for our residents when our tax base is so high? Just questions…….
