Every day, I read the financials and business forecasts so I can make educated decisions as to the direction of our companies. To us, it doesn’t seem like anyone in our local government does this. All these articles have been written in the last few days or months.

Spending less, and higher costs will drive down retailers’ profits coming into the holiday shopping season. This is going to hit small businesses the worse while large box stores like Walmart will benefit from it as consumers look for less expensive goods.
It is up to the residents of this county to set the direction of our elected officials. If they don’t listen to us and do whatever they want to do, we WILL replace them. It is so easy to run a recall and put officials in office that will work with the people to build a better community instead of spending our money on things that they want. It is what the people want that is important.
